Rules and Regulations

1. Membership and Commitment  

All members of Dreamers Lab commit to exclusively working with the Dreamers Lab team during their tenure and shall not engage in concurrent work with other teams or organizations that may lead to conflicts of interest. 

Members must prioritize their Dreamers Lab projects and responsibilities during their membership period. 

2. Punctuality and Attendance  

Members are expected to maintain punctuality at all times. This includes adhering to scheduled meetings, work hours, and project deadlines. 

Any anticipated or unforeseen absence must be reported to the administration as soon as possible. 

3. Professionalism  

All members must professionally conduct themselves when interacting with other team members. 

Please note that everyone still can do fun activities as long as it is not disrespectful. 

4. Confidentiality and Data Security  

Members must respect and maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, and sensitive data related to Dreamers Lab (including docs, pdf, videos, and messages). 

Unauthorized sharing of such information may result in immediate termination. 

5. Conflict Resolution  

Members are encouraged to resolve conflicts or disputes through open and respectful communication. If needed, they may seek assistance from the Administration. 

Any unresolved conflicts that impact the Lab’s functioning may be subject to further intervention or disciplinary action. 

6. Emergency Exceptions  

In the case of a genuine emergency that prevents a member from maintaining punctuality or fulfilling their professional commitments, they are required to inform the Administration as soon as possible. 

The Chief Adminstrator Officer may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies. 

7. Late Paper Submission

If a member fails to submit a paper by the deadline (either in Phase 1 or Phase 3) two times in each year, they will get immediate termination.

8. Monthly Fee Payment

The monthly fee of a Student is 100 BDT, while for a Job Holder, it is 200 BDT.

If a member misses this deadline, they will be charged an additional 50% of the monthly fee as a late fee.

If a member does not pay the monthly fee by the end of the month, the late fee increases to 100% of the original fee. For example, if a monthly fee of 100 BDT is paid after the 15th, the total due will be 150 BDT. If the fee is paid after the end of the month, the total due will be 200 BDT.

9. Termination  

Members who fail to abide by these rules and regulations may be subject to disciplinary actions, including suspension or termination from Dreamers Lab, at the discretion of the Administration. 

10. Amendment of Rules  

Dreamers Lab reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations as needed. Any changes will be communicated to all members in advance. 

By becoming a member of Dreamers Lab, you acknowledge your acceptance of these rules and regulations and your commitment to upholding the values and standards of the Dreamers Lab.
