How to Join Dreamers Lab?
Becoming a part of Dreamers Lab requires a simple but competitive process. We accept applications three times a year—in January, May, and September. The application comes with a registration fee, which covers the training you will receive during the recruitment process.
For Current Students: BDT 1,450
For Job Holders: BDT 2,450
This fee ensures that you are trained well for the tasks ahead. Please note that the recruitment process is rigorous, and only those who complete all the required training and pass the Assessment Task will be selected. The passing score for the assessment is 70%.
Don’t worry if you’re a complete beginner—we will provide all the necessary training. All you need to do is focus in class and practice at home. However, if you don’t pass, you can always apply next time. Our lab is dedicated to producing high-quality papers for publications that do not face rejection, so we maintain a high standard.
What Happens After Selection?
Once you are selected, you’ll be part of a batch system that operates throughout the year. We run 6 batches, each lasting 2 months, and you’ll receive a task every two months. If you wish, you may skip any batch. Here’s how it works:
Phase I: Draft Creation
You will have 2 weeks to write a draft (usually two points from a manuscript assigned to you) and submit it to your assigned Leader. Your Leader is an experienced team member who will guide you through the writing process.
Phase II: Feedback and Review
Your Leader will review your draft within 1 week and provide suggestions for improvement. If the draft does not meet the required standards, the Leader has the right to disqualify you from working on that particular paper.
Phase III: Revisions
You will then have 2 weeks to revise the paper according to the feedback provided. During this phase, you can seek as much advice from your Leader as needed.
Phase IV: Final Submission
Once your draft is approved, a proofreader will review all the papers, polish them, and combine them into a final document. This process will take an additional 2 weeks before it is submitted to the journal. Please keep in mind that receiving a decision from a journal can take up to 6 months, so patience is key.
Membership Rules & Fees
Once you join Dreamers Lab, you are expected to follow all the rules and regulations outlined on our website. Additionally, there is a monthly fee to help cover lab expenses:
For Students: BDT 100
For Job Holders: BDT 200
These fees go toward maintaining the lab and ensuring a productive environment for everyone.
